Thanks for the introduction!

I arrived at this forum as I have recently taken possession of a 1950 Fleetwood sedan. I don't know much about vintage automobile restoration and maintenance, but I'm definitely eager to learn as much as I can.

She's been a blast to drive and I haven't had any engine issues of late, however, recently the drivers side power window refused to go back up. I did some research and I see all the windows as well as the front bench seating are on a hydraulic system.

Am I able to fix a single window or since everything is on the same hydraulic system, do I have to repair the whole thing? The latter sounds expensive.

Nice Fleetwood! Best thing you can do for your car is to get a hold of a factory shop manual. In the meantime you can view the manual on line at this link. Personally I haven't messed with a hydraulic window system, so i don't know the answer to your question.
