I've discovered I'm bendslecix.  It was very difficult for me to bend the metal in the correct direction for some reason, driver side, passenger side, mirror images, and everything.  Regardless, I now have new rear wheel well fender skirt attachments.

With a little bit of practice and a lot of patience, my new sheet metal brake is deemed, "MEOW"!!! :)

before long you will be bending up stuff by eye without using a tape measure
nice work

make sure you get the shielding gas with a welder,it makes such a difference
