Definitely the United Kingdom, those are British "age related" licence plates. My 54 CDV is VSU 384. Phil

I'm here in Vegas again for the Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekender and car show. I've tried to photograph all the Cadillacs. Beautiful 56 flower car.
