Good to be back!
« on: November 17, 2015, 11:06:16 AM »
Hi guys!
I finally made it here!  :)

Thanks Dan for reaching out to me to get on here with the rest of you knuckleheads...you were all missed very much.
I've been checking the old site daily since it went down, hoping to see it back up....I would have continued to check had Dan not reached out, so I think its crucial to get the old site redirected here as soon as possible..

I have missed checking the site everyday....its like an old friend bringing news every day, not to mention a MAJOR source of information on our cars.
We had amassed a ton of info and invaluable tech posts...a true shame that was all lost. But we must start again in earnest.

The ball busting goes without saying...always brings a smile to my face.

Love seeing project updates, and members reaching out for help, AND GETTING IT!

This group is truly the best source for our beloved skegs, and the members here are gold...just look at Dan's post and it tells you everything!

So I will end my intro here....and will update my profile and post some pics and info like everyone else shortly.
VERY happy to see you all again...missed you.
Perk

Welcome back old Perky. After polishing Keiths taillights and us all marveling at it brillance, i thought for sure, as some of ys discussed during Hershey that you might have gone back to somr heavy duty polishing of your own. Nice to see youve taken a break.  Welcome back my friend.

Cream Puff Pastry is doing great, just posted a few pics in the gallery from my drive this past weekend!
Still a few things to complete...gotta get the mirror you gave me refinished, and get the rear seat belts in (having trouble getting someone to replace the webbing on my original belts, Phoenix, the lead Superman gave me, is way too busy to do them) so if anyone has a lead for that, that would be great.
Still on the look out for the correct trumpet horn, but not a necessity since mine LOOKS correct until you look at the fine print of numbers.
Your wedding pics were great!
