And finally, a horse with no name. This character was super curious and constantly butting in to see what we were up to. Pretty entertaining.

I'm very interested in the 61 convertible.  Whats its overall condition?

Well, it wasn't a driver although he says he drove it in to the barn years ago. It was pretty dark in the barn so a return visit with some good lights would be necessary to have a proper look at it. I guess a guy would have to call the owner up and get an idea to see if he would be reasonable on a price as well. There is a good chance the floor is gone out of it.

Dan, I would be interested in one or even two of the cars as well! You already have checked out a car for me, would you do it again?

Nils, I could certainly do that. We just got over 10" (25 cm) of snow yesterday so I hope anything you want checked out is under cover or you are willing to wait until some of this snow melts.

So long as its not rotted out I'm interested in the 61.  My concern is with the roof cut open like that what's left of the interior....

Which one? I see a few '61s that match this description ;)

I think with any convertible this old and stored in the country for this long the interior will be in question. The white leather interior in photo 16 is stored in another barn but could go with the car you are talking about. That being said, I noticed a lot of mouse tracks everywhere and despite seeing at least 8 cats, the mice seem to be winning. None of these cars are going to simply need a pressure wash and a little detailing, they have been sitting for a long time. The car in question would probably require a parts car to go with it.
