Although not mid-century, how often do we see a Cadillac Limo pulled from a body of water? Early '50s Cad plus an interesting and rather apocalyptic shot of what looks like a vintage scrap yard or a poorly maintained collection (maybe a Caddy in there), round out these shots. Clay/Lexi

A 1957 that looks like it could of been a twin to mine.

I like looking at them when they are in this condition. Old abandoned cars have an elegant creepiness to them. Newer abandoned cars just look like some discarded junk. Clay/Lexi

I never get tired of looking at abandoned cars especially vintage Cadillacs. Have a look at this '50. Clay/Lexi

This soon to be abandoned '59 looks like a demolition derby casualty. Lots of Caddies including Hearse and Limos fell prey to this sport in the '60s and '70s. I always cheered the Cadillacs and they usually did very well, especially large Hearse models.
Still, even back then I felt for the wasting of these cars in that manner. Clay/Lexi

What appear to be a '55, '56 and a '57 Caddy sit in a salvage yard. Clay/Lexi

A '59 rusts away in what looks like a very interesting stash of abandoned vintage cars. Clay/Lexi
